Please note the following

  • Bottled water is allowed.
  • You may not bring coolers, food, and most drinks to the ceremony. You will be stopped at the gate and asked to return to your vehicle to drop off coolers and any other items.
  • Concord Pavilion typically charges a parking fee ($10 per car) during events.
  • Arrive early for parking. Expect traffic and allow time for cars to enter parking lot.
  • Please observe no event parking signs in surrounding neighborhoods outside the venue.
  • Dress in layers in case of cold/hot weather.

*UPDATE*

Graduation Robes, Caps, and Tassels

  • Graduating Students: please print the following three (3) documents below.
  • Read the Graduation Information checklist for important dates
  • Due on or before April 3: Cap and Gown Order form
    • Complete and submit form to Carolyn Goetz as soon as possible
    • Pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card
      • Checks should be made payable to "Josten's"
  • Due on or before April 3: Graduation Diploma Name Order Sheet
    • complete and submit form to Carlene Hunt as soon as possible
  • Before May 22: students submit all finished school assignments to teachers
  • Before May 22: students return books and pay for any and all overdue MDUSD book fines
  • On May 29: Graduation Rehearsal at Concord Pavilion: mandatory for all students
    • Date and time may be adjusted if necessary. We will update if this happens. Students, please be alert if this happens. 

 

Graduation Practice

  • Location: Concord Pavilion
  • Time/Date: Friday, May 29 at 1:00 pm
  • More details to be announced about students/staff meeting there for practice.

 

Graduation Ceremony

  • Location: Concord Pavilion
  • Time/Date: Thursday, June 4, 2020, 7:00 pm
  • Graduating seniors should arrive no later than 6:00 pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 pm.

 

Graduation Dress Code

  • No denim jeans
  • No sneakers
  • Formal/semi-formal shirt with necktie
  • Formal/semi-formal pants or skirt
  • Note: Graduates may decorate only the top of the graduation caps that they purchase themselves (decoration subject to approval)
